These Terms and Conditions of Use shall apply to all persons using the site http://www.tei.fr (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”).
Any person accessing the Site shall be deemed to be a user (hereinafter referred to as a “User”).

Gathering of personal information
The tei.fr files are registered with the French Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
Users’ personal data is processed in accordance with the French Law relating to information technology and individual liberties of 6 January 1978, as last amended, and tei.fr shall not collect personal data without the User’s knowledge.
The User has the right at all times to access and rectify the personal data held in relation to him or to object to such personal data.Users must simply send an e-mail (stating their surname, first name and e-mail address) to infos@tei.fr.
Obligations of tei.fr to inform the persons concerned.
The User may receive communications from us or our partners through us.
The User may, should he so wish, unsubscribe from such communications by following the instructions contained in each such message.
Sending of CVs
Users have a right of access and modification, which means that in practice they may amend or remove their CV.
Tei.fr shall be the sole recipient of CVs and may not forward these, to any third party.
Personal data provided in the form of a CV may not be used for any other purpose, particularly for commercial purposes (as referred to above).
The Users shall bear sole responsibility for the form, content and accuracy of the information contained in their CV.
Tei.fr recommends that Users do not include “sensitive” personal data in their CVs:e.g. racial origin, political or religious opinions, sexual orientation etc.
Tei.fr does not intentionally collate any personal data from minors below the age of 18.The service for submitting a CV online is reserved for Users who are over 18.

Warranty and liability disclaimer in relation to Site quality, continuity, accessibility, etc.
Tei.fr has taken all measures to ensure that its Site contains reliable information and offers secure access.

Applicable law
Place of jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with French law, with the language of interpretation being French in the event of any dispute over the significance of a term or of a provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Any legal dispute arising from the use of the Site shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the French courts.
